Currently seeking software engineering internships for the Winter/Spring of 2020, or full-time software engineering positions.
June 2019 - Present
Working as a back-end engineer on the big data analytics Shared Delivery Team. My work revolves developing micro-services for the current interviewing software platform.
January 2019 - Present
Currently designing real-time, high-performance signal processed navigation software. Developed modules capable of producing accurate navigation using ambient signals such as LTE, CDMA, and GPS in the environment
January 2018 - April 2019
Worked on development of energy assessment software to be used by electrical utilities and researchers. I also previously worked on prototype control systems for energy consumption management of plug load devices. Various implementations of these low-power embedded systems used Espressif systems with RTOS, I2C and SPI communication protocols, and Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) for IoT capabilities.
June 2018- August 2018
Developed a low latency system to retrieve and log data of bottle production during blow molding stage in manufacturing process using switch sensors and a micro-controller.
June 2016 - August 2016
Provided end user support for over 30 companies at a Microsoft partnered Information Technology firm with a team of 5 IT Specialist. I facilitated configuration and implementation of servers and networks.
September 2017 - March 2020
I will be completing my undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at UC Irvine. I decided to transfer to this university due to the many great opportunities I saw and since transferring, I have been taking advantage of the opportunities any chance I get.
September 2015 - June 2017
Studied computer engineering at the UC Riverside for 2 years prior to transferring. It was at this university that I was first introduced to computer science and electrical engineering. Besides completing most of my lower division and some upper division computer engineering courses here, I took part in many different clubs and projects that shaped the career goals and aspirations that I have today.

Outside of work and academics, I take part in several different groups that share the same interests as me.
The Micromouse Robotics Club is a group that I founded at UC Irvine. Micromouse is a robotics competition where students build small autonomous devices to solve a maze using embedded systems engineering concepts. My team has placed in several of these collegiate competitions. The goal of the group is to create a space where students with similar interests and passions in robotics can work together, learn engineering concepts and refine their skills in competition against students from other universities.
The UC Irvine Dragon Boat team is a group composed of highly competitive student-athlete paddlers. The team undergoes rigorous training every week with the collective goal of being the best collegiate team there is to be. Being a part of this team has taught me the importance of balance between academics and work, fitness and health, mental fortitude, and friendship.
Eta Kappa Nu is the internation honor society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. The organization promotes excellence in the profession and in education through an emphasis on scholarship, character, and attitude. As part of this organization, I have been able to meet many amazing students with similar career interests and further develop my professional career.
